Winter is here!

Here are some tips on how to keep your skin healthy through this season:
Stay hydrated. Remind yourself to keep drinking lots of water to prevent your skin from drying out - you might forget as it gets colder. (Tip: keep a bottle/glass of water on your bedside table so you can hydrate yourself first thing in the morning). The best time to moisturise is when your skin is still damp, so either after a shower or just after you wash your face. Honey is a natural humectant, which means it draws moisture from the skin without replacing it. Use our honey-based Hydrating Face Cream for ultimate skin hydration.
Resist turning up the heat. When the weather gets colder we tend to take hotter showers and turn up the heat inside. This will actually dry out your skin more, so try taking lukewarm showers and wear warm, cosy jumpers to keep warm.
