Refund policy

If you don't fall in love with your Honey Corn purchase, just send the product back to us, unopened, within 30 days of the date of purchase, with the documents set out below, and we’ll refund the returned product.

Please note the important points:

  • The refund will be for the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note;
  • The refund will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the product and no cash will be given;
  • Paypal customers will receive a credit back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase;
  • Honey Corn UK will not be responsible for returned items that fail to arrive or arrive in a damaged state. Please ensure you send your items back securely and safely.

To return your product purchased online, send it to us at the address below, enclosing your original shipping note, your contact details and order number.  We will not be able to give a refund unless this information is provided.
